Writer's Block
Always wanted to run the best D&D-basedd RPG campaign there ever was, full of adventure and interesting non-player characters. An adventure that everyone would be talking about. Something that sticks in a player's head like a kick-ass movie.
Ideas? Suggestions?
What is the magic ingredient? What do player's crave? Some I have played with complain that there is too much combat/minis gaming. Some players have taken more of a power gamer outlook on RPGin where they're only worried about advancing their character. Some dont like sea adventures. Some dont like dungeon crawling. Some prefer Forgotten Realms over Greyhawk over Midnight over Eberron over homebrew, but not necessarily in that order. Some want to play cooky classes and some just want to play conventional base classes from the PHB. What's a guy to do?
