Civil War, Where Would You Reside...In the end?

An old associate of mine is at it again. He's blasting me emails about things that he just goes nuts on. He lives a life of personal unhappiness. I won't go in to detail, but he's a shell of a man. I think what he determines as his 'awakening' is more of an outlet to escape the things that keep him down. He feels there is bigger things at work that is right in front of us, but we have been trained to think inside the box. I usually delete all of what I now consider spam, but you never know when I just decide to read the email or an article that he forwards to me.  I found this mildly interesting, or entertaining to say the least...

That's fascinating, if a little disturbing. Though I can't say I agree with his country breakup map.
Hmm, if Alaska reverts to Russian control, Palin really will be able to see it from her house :p
I think it's a distinct possibility, though not for the reasons he posits and his map is rather absurd. i do think that as a nation we have to rethink just about everything we know about who we are and how we operate in a democratic society. I'm personally unsure whether these things will be changed during Obama's tenure but I still have hope.
